| Dr. Sharrie Hanley, Neurotherapist
Sharrie Hanley graduated with high honors
and a doctorate in Naturopathy in 1994.
After her internship she was quickly hired
by Horton Medical Center in Middletown,
New York. She worked with the hospitals
attorneys, department heads and the Risk
Manager to bring holistic medicine to The
Women's Center on Crystal Run Road. This
gave her the title of first person to bring
holistic medicine to a hospital on the east
coast of America.
She has been an invited guest speaker at
over 300 facilities including the "East Meets
West" forum at Anthony's Pier 9 in Newburgh to over 500 guests. She
is a published author as well as a columnist for several newspapers.
She has been heard regularly on radio talk shows throughout New
York and New England.
Shortly after the birth of her daughter she moved to Vermont and
took time to raise her family. In 2004, she began her education and
practice of neurofeedback after encouragement by two
psychotherapists in Rutland, Vermont. She studied neurofeedback
under some of the top ranked instructors in the field and opened her
practice in Rutland City, Vermont.
Although Dr. Sharrie earned a doctorate in Naturopathy she does not
practice as such in the state of Vermont since her move there in 1998,
and has chosen to focus solely on Neurofeedback.
Sharrie still speaks on many topics but primarily neurofeedback and
continues to see clients in her private practice.
